Liverpool Scene - Son Son

This was a record that I never got round to buying when it first came out in 1968 as at that time I was still at school and what money I had from my part time jobs was being used to go out with girls. This band is also the reason I went to see Led Zepelin live in the Pop Proms in 1969 at the Royal Albert Hall the supporting Bands were Blodwyn Pig & Liverpool Scene I was hoping the would do Son,Son but alas they did not. It was later with the event of eBay that I thought I would look for this record it was booked at £7.00 the fist copy that came up for auction went for nearly £200 later as other copies appeared the price dropped I paid £2. for my copy.I have not yet seen a copy of this record at a Boot Sale to date.

Ron Goodwin & His Concert Orchestra - Elizabethan Serenade

This record dates from about 1957, there is a vocal version by the Gunter Kellerman Choir from 1964.

I have edited the recording to remove the noise at the start of the recording.
